A Tolkien and Lewis themed co-working space by work day, and by night and weekends- a gathering space, cafe and bookstore for the benefit of the community.

Why?
Well, the problem is three-fold:

One. No consistent ‘home’ for the influx of remote workers in the southwest region of the Portland metro area.

Two.  Lack of venues to support meetings, groups, and various artistic endeavors in an area thick with such artisans and thinkers.

Three. In this area outside of Portland metro spanning 6 cities and 20 miles, most venues close by 6pm.

We are in search of the right space for the Burrow, but it shall be in Yamhill county, in Newberg, centrally located on Hwy 99 for ease of access- in the Newberg downtown area to allow for good walkability to nearby establishments and be embedded in the community. Below shows a map of the main corridor considered for the space.
